HER – Household Efficiency Retrofit
962 households across Kosovo have been retrofitted to become more energy efficient, reduce electricity bills and change behaviors when using electricity. Using a total budget of $7,698,781.56, around one thousand households across Kosovo will have insulated walls, changed windows and doors, changed the boilers or their ventilation system, and be able to live in more comfortable, more affordable homes.
