The “Subsidies for Energy Efficiency in Kosovo” (SEEK) project is expected to contribute towards the objective by increasing consumer awareness of energy saving measures and their benefits, as well as enabling lower income households to overcome the lack of ability to pay for them through the provision of technical and financial incentives.
