CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PRIVATE OR PUBLIC ENTITIES IN ENERGY SECTOR INTERESTED TO ENGAGE INTERNS FINANCED BY MFK

 

As part of the project “Women in Energy”, launched by Millennium Foundation Kosovo (MFK), soon will start the implementation of the program “Internships for women in the energy sector” aiming to empower and include women in the energy sector in Kosovo. The purpose of this program is to support the development of the required professional capacities of women by providing them with the experience through paid internships in public and private institutions of the energy sector in Kosovo. The salary will be provided by MFK for a fixed period of up to six months.    

 

Beneficiaries of this program will be all women and girls who express their interest for internships in the energy sector and who are in their final year of studies, Master’s degree students, as well as those who have graduated in the last three years but have not had the opportunity to work in their profession. 

 

Profiles of applicants will include not only those in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields, but also those in other important disciplines relevant to the energy sector, such as project management, marketing and finance, economy, legislation, information technology and other needed profiles in this sector.

 

Therefore, we call on all public institutions, private entities, non-governmental organizations and international organizations involved in the energy sector in Kosovo, who need the contribution of young female professionals and who express the interest to cooperate with this program, to apply following the link below:
