Caitlin Reichart

MCC Deputy Resident Threshold Director for Kosovo

Caitlin Reichart is the MCC Deputy Resident Threshold Director for Kosovo. She was previously an education sector specialist at MCC for five years, providing technical advice and analysis for education and workforce development programs across the MCC portfolio, including in Georgia, Morocco and Timor-Leste.

Prior to that she was a part of MCC’s Africa department for four years, providing program management support across Compacts in the energy, land, and transportation sectors in Benin, Burkina Faso and Senegal.  Before joining MCC, Caitlin worked at the United Nations Department of Public Information and the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund in New York.

She holds a MA in International Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a BA in International Relations and French from Connecticut College.
