Erza Xhelili is our Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst. Erza studied at Eastern Michigan University in the United States and specialized in Applied Economics. Her experience at EMU provided her with expertise in hypothesis testing and model building for the analysis of complex policy issues. Apart from being a passionate empirically-oriented economist, Erza is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking and giving back. She also enjoys a good Netflix binge and is fond of Indian cuisine.
