The ODP and CTM platforms are the sole responsibility and liability of KJC. 

Although developed with MCC funding, ODP and CTM are the full property of KJC and as such KJC is responsible and accountable for the accuracy and the completeness of the information provided through these platforms. 

Both platforms obtain their data from KJC’s Case Management Information System (CMIS), which is also the sole responsibility and liability of KJC. As such, the users of ODP and CTM must acknowledge that KJC is entirely responsible for any issues or concerns in connection with data and case information obtained. 

KJC cautions that the ODP and CTM platforms for cases older than 2019 may contain outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete information for statistical purposes and  may not present the real situation with the statistical data of the courts for the years before 2019. This is because the CMIS is a new system which has been deployed for the first time in the courts in 2018, that’s why the data of the cases of 2018 and early years, meaning those older than the year 2018, may not contain all necessary detailed information regarding the actions undertaken by courts. caused by case management backlogs and/or errors in information technology. KJC is therefore the main and only point of contact for any problems arising from the functionality as well as from the retrieved judicial data and case information.
