PUBLIC ACCESS TO JUDICIAL INFORMATION

The Judicial Data activity includes building upon assistance provided by USAID and Norway to implement a case management information system (CMIS) and using that system to improve the administration of justice in Kosovo.

The MFK activity will include support in the following areas:

• Case management information system public portal;
• Creating an online platform for the public to access their personal case information and statistical data generated by the case management information system;
• All judicial decisions made public, enabling better transparency of the judicial decisions and fostering peer and public reviews of the decisions.
